RDC-M1LE Job, is an acronym for Resource Development Centre RDC – Mission 1 Lakh Engineering, MCA, MBA, Pharmacy and other Jobs. The Mission is to create 1 lakh jobs while catering to global, national and societal needs and gainfully employ our youth. The RDC M1LE job is a facilitated self-help program where RDC empowered Young Adults identify, create and sustain opportunities for themselves and their fellow mates.
There are already 12,000 jobs accessible and over 12 lakh prospective Young Adults available. RDC hopes to identify and nurture Entrepreneural talent that is inherent in our Young Adults and empower them to identify and create opportunities for themselves. Our fraternity of Faculty, Consultants, Entrepreneurs, Employers and committed individuals are all available to the Young Adult to ensure success to the Mission.
RDC-M1LE Jobs is non-funded and does not take support from government schemes. It is envisaged that the Young Adults have the ability and potential to transform our nation and the first step begins with creating opportunities for themselves. RDC is happy to play a initiating, facilitating and pivotal role in ensuring this.

It was a pleasure working with the firm and the close knitted team.I worked on a few project and lots of follow up with the client mostly in the morning with great supervision by Smitha. Enjoyed outing as well with the team on a weekend.There was a good team spirit overall.
