While RDC’s Associate program is for individuals and content deliverers, RDC’s partnership program is for corporates and companies interested in making a difference in their geography. The RDC partnership program could be in the following manner,

- RDC Business Partner
The RDC partner is typically a company or institute having a core expertise and a clear focus on excelling in its identified geography. By partnering with RDC, the partner enhances his core offering by adding related and relevant programs which enhances the students learning.
RDC proposes to have ONE RDC Full Franchisee in each city or town, which will be a central point for all its associates, students, faculty, etc. The RDC-FF becomes a value added partner and a channel to facilitate RDC programs in that city/town/district.
The RDC Training Partner is a skill trainer and focuses on the last mile services to the students, providing them training on specific job-oriented skills. These training programs directly impact the on-job performance or facilitate an unemployed youth to get back into a job at the earliest.
The RDC Education Partner is a school, college, institute focusing on providing the student with the basic degree of his choice. Rather than travel and stay away from family and in a hostel, RDC education partners bring education with reach of the students geographically.
The RDC Business Partner is a primary source of marketing and promoting RDC initiatives to the uninformed. The RDC business partner could be a call center, a mass mailing service, an advertising company, etc.
