Refund Policy:

No refunds are provided if registration is cancelled by the participant after paying full fees.  Full refund will be provided in case the sessions are cancelled by RDC for any reason.

Cancellation Policy:

RDC reserves the right to postpone sessions if we don’t get sufficient registration numbers. RDC will confirm the training start date no later than 7 days prior to the advertised start date. Upon confirmation, all fees are non-refundable. Should an attendee need to cancel attendance after the confirmation date, we will be happy to substitute with another individual. This is subject to the sole discretion of RDC. Any no shows / absentee would be 100% chargeable.

Venue:

The location mentioned in any brochure or collaterals is subject to change at RDC’s sole discretion. The registered participants will be informed of the change in reasonable advance before the session.

Certificates:

Certificates will be provided to participants upon successful completion. RDC however reserves the right to with-hold the certificates and its decision is final. Certificates issued by other institutions or organizations are subject to necessary compliance and additionally subject to their governing rules.

Admissions:

Admissions on limited seat programs are subject to availability and generally on a first-come-first-served basis for eligible participants. Admissions will be deemed confirmed only after full payment of the fees. RDC reserves the right to cancel any admission at its sole discretion, in which case, refund will be subject to RDC’s refund policy.
