The Internships done by students are , generally, not very effective – either for the company or for the students. RDC’s managed internships allows for students and work to be monitored and supervised effectively in order for it to be an effective learning for students and tangible results for the corporate.

Timing is adjusted according to college hours. All the students are exposed to a minimum of 3 different companies for internship.

Internship offers are there for BTechs and Graduates. Serious candidates will be observed through a 2 month orientation at RDC.

Eligibility Criteria for Internship – Internship is possible for senior students as part of their project work, freshers looking for job, professionals looking at returning to employment after a break, individuals looking at upgrading work profile. A 15 day notice period during internship will be sufficient. Details can be seen at https://rdcentre.org/ppp-internships/ . Interns are expected to work as in office and must be ready to accomplish tasks assigned daily. Support from team members will be available.

Structure of Internship – The standard structure of the internship will be 

Stage 1 – 3 Month Internship
Stage 2 – 6 Months Training with interested employer
Stage 3 – Exit with Certificate or Exit with Employment

In select cases, extension of internship or training can be considered. No payment is expected from the interns. Based on the employer policy, stipend may be paid during Stage 2. Professional decorum, work responsibility and diligence on timely completion is expected from all.
