What is the role of an independent worker?
We identify, train and retain a pool of persons interested in utilizing their available time productively.
For our managed services, our client’s requirement for independent workers throughout the month is never same. Some activities are on weekends, when requirement might be as high as 50 to 100 people, while some activities are through the week where requirement might not exceed more than ten people. Therefore, as it is feasible for us provide flexible timing and approaches to the independent worker instead of hiring full time employees just to meet fluctuating requirement.
Independent workers act as the backbone for the operations and delivery team. Independent workers support the operations team for process execution for all kinds of activities and this is aligned to their areas of interest be it technology, sales, HR, Operations, Social work or Finance.
These independent workers while managed in sync with their college, are expected to perform as professionals independently and document their experiences and learning. A discussion of these with an assigned mentor and designated college staff would enrich the learning experience.
What are the kinds of people we are looking to hire?
We are looking for people who are currently pursuing their education or are done with their basic education and are free for a committed number of hours per week for at least 6 months. The key desirables from prospective hires are

What is the process of hiring?
All new hires will go through the hiring cycle given below.
- The first step is online video interview or interview through your college.
- Subject to clearance of the interview, there will be a screening by the operations team to align available internships with independent worker interest.
- Post the clearance of interview; they would be put through an induction program.
- Post the induction, actual on ground training would be provided at client location as applicable.
- Scheduling and management of independent workers post inclusion in to the system would be done.
An Example of R&R for Independent workers interested in Social Sector Events
- Conducting assessment process pre event, campuses, off campus and for advertisement walk-ins
- Conducting online & offline assessment process
- Event coordination with the MCs
- Registration and screening of Speakers for the event
- Participating in local and out station events
- Test administration & evaluations with respect to correcting flyers, brochures with the help of templates.
- Leading a team of freelancers to execute all the above mentioned activities.
- Scheduling freelancers for events on a day to day basis throughout the year.
- Taking care of Pre-Event, Post Event activities.
