Background : The National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) numbers for 2011-12 show that the unemployment rates for young male graduates in the 15-29 years age group in urban India was a very high 16.3%. That means almost one in every six of these young people was unemployed in that year. The number is even higher for young urban female graduates, with almost one fourth of them unemployed. Things have gotten progressively worse since then from an employment perspective.

Solution : In order to take your first step towards employment, we have come out with a unique three step approach which will overcome the drawbacks mentioned above.
Step 1 : Gap Analysis and Training : A focused gap analysis to understand your problem areas and a customized training to address these gaps.
Period : 15 days
Step 2: Internship : An internship experience will give the necessary exposure.
Period : 45 days to 60 days
Step 3 : Job opportunities: A minimum of three job interview opportunities for the candidate will be provided.
Eligibility : Should have completed highest degree between 2017 and 2021.
